Hi All,
We currently use QuickCAM 2D Design, VR Milling and VR Turning. One of my colleagues has noticed when he has logged in there are no materials available (not even the default ones). So far I have tried re-installing the software, re-setting his profile and even copying the materials files. but so far nothings has got them to re-appear.
Can anyone suggest anything we are using a RM CC4 network, with Windows 7 clients.

Re: Missing Tools
This will help you see where the files are and how it works:
/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=3073
Part of the problem is that settings files which need to be changed/saved by the user used to be stored in "all users\application data\denford"
However, windows vista, 7 and 8 won't allow writing to that location without raised privileges.
Later software will install tooling/material setup files into "all users\app data\denford", then copy those original files to the users own "app data" folder if they don't already exist there.
It might be worth trying the latest versions of the software.
