Mirac software - Error 128

Hi The Mirac software you have on the site does not seem to run and comes up with an error 128.
Any ideas?

Q. Error 128 means that the PC running the DOS software cannot see the machine tool
A. 1. Is it the same PC that has always run the machine tool ?
2. Swap over the machine cable with the Tutor cable in the COMM ports
3. Try the machine cable in all the COM Ports
4. If you get the BLUE screen of the DOS software then it has found the machine
The folowing information is for DOS Milling software but may help
