Quick Cam Pro Dimension Issues
We have been using QuickCamPRO to load 3d models to create files that are usable in the CNC router. Just recently we updated to Inventor2013 from the 2010 version, and all the STL files that are loaded on QuickCam show incorrect dimensions and sizing. The model loaded, for example, is 305mm long and 70mm tall but QuickCamPRO interprets it as 30.5mmx7.5mm instead. We can't utilize the router unless we fix this issue, any suggestions?

Re: Quick Cam Pro Dimension Issues
Can you change the units of the STL exporter ?
It sounds like you are set to output cm and not mm. QuickCAM will notice if the units appear to be imperial as the models are imported very small and gives you the chance to scale up by 25.4 automatically.
STL files don't (usually) contain unit information, they are just XYZ triangle corner positions.
If Inventor can't be changed then you just have to scale the model by 1000% on the "Set model size" window.
