Heiden.slb 11Kb
Hpglm.slb 13Kb
Magnum.slb 13Kb
Fanucm.slb 14Kb
Heiden.slb 11Kb

Yes i have them, one thing i can say is that the same softwarwe is running on my machine at home and this works fine. when saving both offer me the same path but a small difference is that at home it offers cnc file suggesting*.fnc but the one that does not work offers cnc file *.*?

In this case I'd use something like Beyond Compare (free trial here ) and compare c:\denford\*.* on the PC that works to the one that dosn't - you'll easliy spot any missing or different files.
I don't think Millcam used any other files or the registry. I think there were one or two in c:\windows but they might just be to do with filepaths and networking of the post processor (sorry to be vague - there are some posts on here somewhere that talk about networking millcam / postprocessor)
