Am sure its still a usb / noise fault
It just means USB data corruption
Try plugging your USB cable form the PC directly into the Baldor board, see if this solves the problem

Also try running a program without the spindle running (either turn it off , remove the fuse or take the M03 out of the program)
If the program runs without any USB data corruption errors (like Timeout on ICM or invalid data field length) then it would indicate an earth problem or the spindle motor or drive is faulty - check the brushes
