Upgraded CycloneNS Stepper stalling.

We have just updated a DOS controlled Cyclone E from a Denstep control card to a NextMove rack mounted USB card.
On running the Acceleration was found to stalling both Axis.
The Ramp values were changed to 15000 for both X & Z.
Attached are the specific modified files.
