VR Turning v1.22 released

v1.22 - 16/6/2009 - when G32 is programmed, the F value is remembered as the feed when it shouldn't be - fixed
v1.22 - 10/7/2009 - updates to make spindle stop on M06 and encoder added to microturnNS mint (ie, same as 2000NS)
v1.22 - 13/7/2009 - changes to guard check stuff in microturn and newturn270m mints to make sure spindle doesn't stop after 4 secs if its started up again in the meantime.
v1.22 - 13/7/2009 - checks for NegativeX home being FALSE(for NewTurn270MNS which X homes the wrong way) and forces G28 to go to X plus limit position instead of home
