An "Asynchronous axis error" means that the ASRS drives are disabled. Open the ASRS control box and switch on the isolator and wait for the controller to power up. What is the Number / Letter on the Green 7 segment display? and what are the status LEDs on the 3 Baldor Microflex axis drives ?
Axis drive LED codes
GREEN - AC power OK, Drive enabled
RED - AC power OK, Drive not enabled, no errors
RED / GREEN (Alternating) - AC Power not present, no errors
GREEN (Flashing) - Firmware download in progress
RED (Flashing) - An error has occurred. The number of flashes (Followed by a pause) indicates which error has occurred
1 DC bus overload voltage
2 IPM (Integrated power module) trip
3 Overcurrent trip
4 Overspeed trip
5 Feedback trip
6 Motor overload (i squared t) trip
7 Overtemperature trip
8 Drive overload (it) trip
9 Following error trip
10 Error input triggered
11 Phase search error
12 All other errors, including :internal supply error, encode supply error, parameter restore failure

Re: ASRS "Asynchronous axis error"
Hello, I'm new to the forum and need some help.
I'm in the process of setting up a servo drive and a servo motor in the Mint Work Bench environment.
There is a problem with the auto-tuning configuration;
(I will give some details)
-Windows 10 operating system
-Work Bench / Build number: 5860
-Servo drive. FMH 2A06TR-EN23
-Servo motor. BSM 80N-375 AF
Mint workbench informs that the motor encoder is not supported by the controller.
It also fail Feedback test. In jog, the motor runs irregularly at lower revs, an overload fault occurs.
I would like to ask for help and advice.
What firmware and how to properly upload it to the controller. What to do in case of error LED status 5 and 8 ??
