Also attached is a couple of programs that can be used to drill axle holes in the F1 Model Block. The Datum has to be set in the center of the hole in the model block. The program should be run prior to machining the car so that the billet is fixed securely.

The axis hole coordinates have to be entered into the program prior to use.

I have expanded on this Jig Setup a little with the inclusion of a 4th axis program and a PDF document which outlines the steps required to use the jig setup program. The new jig program also removes less material from the model block, in most cases this leaves the block free to be used for machining a car body from.
