3. Axes on over travel switches - Press and HOLD IN the Axis Over ride button and home the axis then release the button

4. Check the contacts on the rear of the Emergency Stop button are not faulty or come adrift

5. Check the fuses in the machine, the 24v may have gon down

Microrouter / Microrouter Compact

When the Emergency Stop button is pressed it stops 24v going to the Emergency Stop Relay (ESR). This opens all the ESR’s contacts and hence stops GND (TB1 “Datums and Limits” terminal 2) going to the STOP (TB1 “Datums and Limits” terminal 6) and hence we get the “E Stop Button Activated” Message on the screen

Check fuses F2 and F3 as these are 240v to the transformer and 24v to E Stop button

Microrouter

This usually has a second contact on the E Stop button, and this supplies 24v via the Guard Interlock Relay (GIR) to the Guard solenoid
