There are lots of posts here and things to check for when the mint 3.28 won't initialise...
Is it a new computer ?
Do the RS232 com ports work ?
Have the bios settings been lost or corrupted due to battery failure ?
Is the rsr232 cable connected ok and all wires checked from end to end?

Sir,
As you have suggested
the same old system is changed
the RS232 cable is checked and find ok
ports are on and installed
machine(MIll and Lathe) are installed
still
I do have a problem two different phases
1.When i use the same old machine(Computer) and try to initialisie the editor it ask me the security key(pop ups security key is not connected)
2.WHEN I use the new computer with Windows XPsp2 with security key,Editor works ,simulation works data can also transfered to machine but the machine can't work.
COnfigration of new system
intel 945 e motherboard
core 2duo processor
2 gb ram

Have you had these machines working before?

Are the seven segment LED's on the control card lit & what colour are they?

What is the Eprom version on the main control PCB?
