LYNX 08 THYRISTOR

Does anyone know where i can lay my hands on a Thyristor Array for the Lynx 08 drive board please?
Iv tried RS,ebay and searching the net to no luck :(

Its the big black block that sits under the board between the board and heat sink.

Does no one know what part number this Thyristor is at all???? :(
