Hi,
I have a laptop which I want to connect to my Orac from 1983 for making/storing programs.
The laptop has only USB-ports and the Orac has seriel RS232 (?) port.
Is it possible to use a converter between the PC and Orac for for transferring data?
(In both directions)
Any suggestions for brand/type? Experiance?
Thanks for any hints.

Re: USB to RS232 converter
Its all a bit hit and miss
We have found some work and others do not.
Any brand we would have tested will probably be obsolete. I am sure there is an artical on the forum about a recomended converter.
I think you just have to get one and try it out
Good Luck!
