Micromill 2000 - Getting random error (Error: No Response from Controller) on screen, everything still runs OK even after clicking "OK" button.
Any idea why & what the issue might be?

This is an indication of electrical noise causing communication errors
If its an RS232 connection, then check that your internal cable has more than three wires going from the 25 way bulkhead connector, to the Baldor control card (with the 7-segment display) - certain Micromills were supplied with a 3 wire internal cable that we found cause RS232 errors.
If its USB (or RS232) then you should also update the cards firmware (ONLY if it is a control with a GREEN seven segment display)
Download and run the easy upgrader from here:

If none of this makes sense, let us know more about what control you have, what software, what you are cutting - using dust extraction ?, USB or RS232 connection ....
