Zero Centre CNC with FANUC Controller (VRDY) Alarm

Post by Barrie » Tue 27 Jun , 2006 15:53 pm

Looking for an answer to reset alarms
Currently at switch on I get
401 Servo Alarm : (VRDY OFF)
414 Servo Alarm : X axis detect Err
424 Servo Alarm : Y axis detect err
434 Servo Alarm : Z axis detect err

First alarm resets and leaves 414, 424, 434

Diagnostic
0720 reads 00010000
0721 reads 00010000
0722 reads 00010000

Is their a simple way to reset this condition.

From the Fanuc OM-B maintenance manual

The diagnostic means a "IMPROPER CURRENT ALARM HAS OCCURRED"

1. Check the Transistor power module is not faulty
2. Check the power breaker is not faulty
3. Check the drives might be faulty
4. Contact Fanuc
