VMC 1300 power drawbar

Does anyone happen to have any details for a power drawbar conversion on a 2009 model VMC1300. I have a base model with no ATC and would love to add my own. It looks like there are some pre tapped holes in the side of the spindle mount that could be used with a mounting plate and pneumatic actuator to simply push the lever that is normally controlled from the manual lever. I am not sure what sort of force I would need when choosing an actuator and hoping there may be some info or perhaps a drawing out there somewhere.
