Denford TDS 25 B/D

I have just purchased a Denford TDS 25 B/D, It came without any belts so I bought some 150mm wide expecting them to fit.
When I tried to put one on it rubbed on the drive pulley so I cut off 1/2" of the belt, this seems to make it fit ok but the belt now looks lost on the machine, is this correct as it looks like it should be able to take a 150 mm belt?
The small belt drive belt is also worn out,is it possible to obtain these easy enough?
Does anybody know of any manuals of sales brochures that I could download?
