Sounds like an interesting machine - I imagine dst would stand for Denford Small Tools, so does your lathe pre-date the TDS machines?
A picture of it would be useful, as Tony Griffith's site has very little information on the early lathes.
Do you have changewheels and a banjo, and what is the leadscrew thread pitch?
If you can post a picture of the end drive, we will know whether it is basically the same as the TDS machines (in which case the TDS changewheel charts will be fine) or whether you need to use a thread calculator.
