Versa Laser VL300 wrong printing size (Greyed Out)

Versa Laser VL300 wrong printing size (Greyed Out)

When I try printing to my Versa Laser VL300 I get the wrong area size and it is "Greyed Out" not allowing me to make any changes

1. Ensure your VL300 is the default printer (Start\Printer and Faxes)
2. Reinstall the Versa Laser software

START
PRINTERS AND FAXES

Ensure the VL300 is the default printer

Right mouse click on it

Select PROPERTIES

Check here to see what the printer size is and modify to suite if they are the wrong sizes
