Just wondered if anybody knew the diameter of the Versalasers' laser so that we can do a contour cut in Corel and produce 'push fit' components.

It depends on which lens the customer is using.
The 1.5 lens has a spot size of .003
The 2.0 has a spot size of .005

Bradders - are those sizes imperial ?

I'm guessing the spot size will be 0.005" = 0.127mm ?????

It is 0,002mm.
With such a tiny beam, is the Versalaser resolution accurate enough to position the beam ? Or is this down to the resolution of the drawing ?

ie, If you Raster engraved an image with this size beam - would you see untouched bands between each pass ?
