What information do Denford's require for an activation code to be generated ?

Your new Versa laser carbon filter will require an activation code to initialise it.
This code is generated by Versa Laser Inc in the USA and has to be installed within 3 days maximum of generation or a new code will have to be requested.
Therefore before installation of the new carbon filter can you contact Denfords via e mail (service@denford.co.uk) with the following: -
Contact name
Contact Tel No
Contact e mail address (For code delivery)
Serial No of your Versa Laser machine
Serial No of the new carbon filter. (On sheet accompanying the filter)
With the time difference between the UK and the USA please allow a suitable time for the code to arrive and a 3 day window for activation
