How can I check that the laser is firing ?

How can I check that the laser is firing and there does no see to be a Laser beam when I am cutting ?

Could you try a test for me to check that the laser beam is not working?
Place some masking tape as shown in picture.
1. Select the SYSTEM tab from the Versa Laser software
2. In the ALIGNMENT section select the LAUNCH button
3. Set the Laser power to 100%
4. Set the time to 1 Second
5. Hit the FIRE LASER button
If there is a hole in the masking tape then the laser cartridge is working if not it is a faulty laser cartridge
