Our air assist seams to have stopped working and on the reverse of the box are 2 LED's one green (which I assume means OK) and one yellow, which at the moment is flashing. Any ideas!
Many thanks

The yellow Led means that the USB is up & running.
The green Led lights when it is been asked to run.
Try running the machine with the door open & check if the green led iluminates.
If it does but the air assist does not come on then check that there is mains to the unit. There are 2 fuses in a drawer just below where the kettle plug is. We upgraded the fuses to 2 x 6.3 amp.

Hi
Tried the fuses and tested them, they all seem ok. It's still not coming on

. I've had a look at removing the cover but all the alan key bolts seem to be imperial. Any further ideas?
Many thanks

You should have got a set of Imperial Allen Keys with the Laser.
The compressor pump may need replacing. If the GREEN LED is on it means that the compressor should be running.
If the fuses are OK are you getting 240v out of the kettle plus lead ?

Found the allen keys cheers. Yes we've got 240 ot of the kettle lead and the green LED does light when the laser is cutting. Looks like a new compressor pump - thanks for your help anyway.

Just tried it again after re-checking everything and it works - wondered if there was a thermal overload + does this compressor need oil?

No there is no facility to lubricate the compressor.
