Turn off the Laser at the mains and leave off for 2 minutes, then turn back on
Turn the PC off and on i.e. reboot
Take the Honeycomb bed out of the Laser and ensure there is no debris in the base where the location pins and electrical plug and socket are.
Relocate the Honeycomb bed back in the Laser ensuring that the 2 location pins protrude through the bed base holes by at least 3mm. This should ensure that the plug and socket are located correctly.
When the software is re run the Laser bed should datum downwards

This can be caused if you start the home procedure when the laser is not powered on. If you apply power to the laser while it is inside the homing routine the direction the slide moves can be random.
Always ensure the Laser and Extraction are connected to the power before you start to run a job!
Always check when fitting the Honeycomb bed that the plug is fully installed into the socket so the Laser recognises it is fitted.
When first Installing the Honeycomb bed be ready to turn the power off to the laser in case you have not seated it correctly
