Versa Laser Rastering Mispositioning Error

My Versa Laser has started mispositioning while rastering after months of problem free use?

Make sure the Right Hand, X axis drive pulley (Underneath the brushed steel carriage cover above the lens) is securely attached to the stepper motor drive shaft with the Allen Screw
