Triac PC coolant capacity

I have been assisted by a kind gentleman at Denford. This is an easy question to which I think I know the answer.
The Triac PC manual gives the coolant capacity as 14.75litres. Well I could see that wasn't much but as I have not removed the panels I assumed a cunning arrangement of channels etc to reduce the coolant need. It appears that this is not the case.
My guess is that this should be 14.75 gallons , about 65litres, which fits the physical dimensions.
Anyone got any concrete numbers of how much coolant needed?
