Sprint 1200 blown

Ok so it's looks like Iv blown my sprint 1200 controller. If I hook up an isolated 5v to the input it's making noise but the motor doesn't turn .if I hook up 10v it turns but not very fast. It's is only supplying the motor 16v. Anyone know what part of the board controls the regulation? If I can try and fix it I will. These are pricey enough
