Hi,
The only controls on my TRIAC PC are the emergency switch and an override switch. I notice on some TRIAC's that they also have spindle speed and feed rate controls on the front panel.
- The VR Milling V2.31, in the 'auto' tab box has Spindle speed and feed rate controls, but these are blanked out and do nothing. They seem set to 85%.
- The keypad control software also has the facility to allocate a spindle speed + & - key, and also a feed rate + & - key, however these do not do anything when I assign them.
- Is this a function of VR milling V2.31?
- How can I alter feed rate and spindle speed when the machine is running?
- Is there a set up control function that I have not yet implemented?

If you disable the Feed Pot & Speed Pot you can control the overide % using the slides in the control panel.


In VRMilling go to Setup then Setup Machine Parameters. The password is"denny". Then go to Machine Capability & unselect both the Feed Pot & Speed Pot options.

The feed overide can the be controlled between 0% to 150%
The speed overide can be controlled between 50% to 120%
