Triac VMC (1992) Digiplan SD2/SD3 Jumper and DIP settings

What are the Digiplan SD2/SD3 Jumper and DIP settings for a Triac VMC (1992) ?

From what we can remember. The X axis was the master and the Y and Z were the slaves, hence the jumpers were fitted as follows :-

X axis - LK1 (Master) LK4 (Drive remains permantly energised)
Y axis - LK2 (Slave) LK4 (Drive remains permantly energised)
Z axis - LK2 (Slave) LK4 (Drive remains permantly energised)

The DIP switches just alter the current rating for the drive (Page 15 of manual)

With all 4 switches OFF you get the max rating e.g.
SD2 - 2.0Amp
SD3 - 3.0Amp
SD5 - 4.5Amp
