Does you machine have a computer rack inside with PCBs slotted into it?
The RS232 went into the 9 pin connector on left most PCB card (the card also has an LED display on the front.
Or could this card be missing???

The news is not good PAB
The computer rack at the bottom should be populated with 5 slot-in cards.
Motion Controller, PSU, plus 3 x axis drive cards.
I'll keep my fingers crossed that you can get hold of these from your seller...

Hi PAB, how bizarre that the rack has been cleaned out like that
Have a look at the upgrade guide for photos of a populated rack:
https://www.denfordata.com/projectimages ... _guide.pdf
We may have some drive or PSU cards lying around, but its going to be a really expensive fix im afraid

unless you can find some bits on ebay
