Alarms discriptions are from the Fanuc Maintence Manual

521 - Overtravel to exceed the (+) stroke limit of the X axis
401 - X, Y, Z axis over load signal turns on
410 - In X axis, the position deviation amount during stop is greater than the setting value
420 - In Z axis, the position deviation amount during stop is greater than the setting value
430 - In 3rd axis, the position deviation amount during stop is greater than the setting value.

Try holding in (Keep it continually pressed in) the "Axis Override" button when powering up the Triac, then jog the X axis off the overtravel micro switch or sensor and see if this helps
