Triac ATC mains filter replacement

So I have a fault that's letting out the magic smoke in the electronics cabinet and the likely part seems to be marked in the drawings as "mains filter" and looking at it its leaked something so needs replacing.

I cant find this part does anyone have any ideas for a suitable replacement and is it likely to have done any further damage?

I am thinking something like :
