I am running a Starturn 4 off an old laptop using DOS version 6, all is working well but the problem is I keep running into the maximum number of lines allowable in the Denford software.
I guess all that is happening in the software is a string of text is being sent and an Ack returned when that line is complete, and maybe some status data returned for speed feed etc.
My question is this :-
Are the serial protocols documented anywhere so I could write a VB or C++ program to spool large files to the old machine?
Regards
Graham

Sorry not yet - he said he'd have a look but he obviously hasn't has chance or has forgotten!
I'll ask again.
