Hi,

Are these the "Easychange" type of holders? If so, I think Rotagrip in Birmingham sell these new (or they did a few years back, which was the last time I saw their catalogue).

Alternatively, drop me a line as we have some of this tooling lying around at work which may be available (email clarkea7@cf.ac.uk)

If these are easychange then, yes they are available from rotagrip.

However i suspect the easy change holders you have came with the machine, and will accept clarkson autolock collets. (you can oftern find autolock collets on ebay)

A picture (if possible) will help us identify your holders.

The holder is of the 'easychange' type. However the collets are not the autolock type i mentioned. I do recognise them, but not sure what they are called. 'Titanic' does come to mind, but I am not sure.

I use the Easichange system avilalble from J&L the collet chucks are ER32. I have tried these in a Denford fitting and they are the same taper. Also available are drill chuck mounts with a JT6, endmill holders and a threaded boring head mount.

Biggles,

The toolholder is an easychange as everyone has identified.

The toolholders are supplied in various forms some with collets as you have and some with a set bore.

The collet holder is ideal if you just have one holder and a range of tool sizes you want to hold but if you are trying to fit several several tools in holders then the best way is to EndMill Sidelock adaptors.

What sizes of tool do you want to hold?

The part numbers are as follows:

EC-EM06-035 6mm shank tool (tool holder length out of taper 35mm)
EC-EM10-035 10mm shank tool (tool holder length out of taper 35mm)
EC-EM12-035 12mm shank tool (tool holder length out of taper 35mm)

They are also available in 16, 20 and 25mm

We get these from Coventry Toolholders Tel: 0247664599
