Hello All,
I am trying to replace the desktop tutor keyboard for a PC qwerty keyboard.
My current setup go like this :
Starturn Lathe with SMU controller, Desktop Tutor keyboard (fixed membrane type) pluged into two parallel ports on my PC.
I can datum and Jog etc when using the desktop tutor keyboard for control.
The system will load the querty keyboard after changing the fanucsld.go file and restrted the fanucsld.exe.

It will allow me to datum the machine by hiting the cursur keys for XZ but thats as far as I can go!
I presume there must be away to put the machine into JOG mode from the keyboard but I can't seem to find the method of doing so.
I also have this config I found from presumably my last attempts way back.

ibm.kbd 2

Could someone please explain the .go settings. I have searched the forum but have had no luck thus far.
Kind Regards,
