Spindle speed
I seem to be having trouble with the spindle speed on our 2600pro. The material has been chosen so that the spindle runs at 23000rpm, however, it is only running at a maximum of 60% of the set speed. If I try to change it with the spindle override I have found that I can only adjust from 50-60%. Are there some settings which may have been changed or is there something else wrong?
A few questions to try and identify the problem...
1) Is this problem present for all speeds?
Ie. if you program 10,000 RPM can you still only override between 50% - 60% or can you get the full 50% - 120% override?
2) Is the problem that the speed readout on the screen show the correct speed but the spindle runs at the wrong speed?

The spindle should run at the programmed speed unless you program below 8000RPM in which case it runs at 8000. This is to maintain cooling to the motor.
You are saying that the speed is 60% of programmed. Can you see the spindle override display? What is displayed on the override? It should go from 50% to 120% If the Pot is faulty this may restrict the speed.
If it changes from 50 - 120% the demand and speed should match.
Have you checked the programmed value in the program is correct?
