WE have a Denford Router 2600 Pro. We are currently experiencing a problem with feed setting, on running the program the feed speed varies throughout anything from 50% to 150%, the manual overide potentiometer does not seem to be controlling it either. is it most likely that the potentiometer is breaking down ratehr than the drives or controller. If so can you please advise on replacement.
Thanks

Re: Feed rate problem on Roter 2600 pro
Hi,
The potentiometer is a 10K unit and we purchase this from RS Components part Number 168-140
https://uk.rs-online.com/web/search/sear ... rm=168-140
We have to cut the shaft down.
Before changing it I would check the solder joints on the wires are good.
Also it may be worth bending the tabs a bit as it is a carbon track device and if the track is flexed it may make a poor contact.
Let us know how you get on.
