Orac monitor problem

Post by seaman77 » Wed 20 Mar , 2013 19:32 pm

Hi!

I tried to power up Orac this morning but, screen only shows horizontal green bands containing half characters. Some of them I can hardly read.
This is very annoying though because the lines are flickering
Has someone ever encountered similar problem?
Could that be a monitor related symptom? In which case, replacing the screen with a good one solves this or is it a more complicated case originating at the computer which sends info to the video module.
If someone has an idea of what might have caused this monitor problem please help.

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

Glad you sorted it..I'll move your other posts to the classifieds section (but leave shadow topics in this Orac section)
