Spindle warmup procedure

After speaking to someone the other day it occurred to me that many Nova Mill owners may be quite new to CNC and G-coding and, like the person I was speaking to, may not be aware that you should always warm your spindle up before use (or may simply be unsure how long it should warm up for, or which speeds).
So I thought I'd share my warmup prog (posted for Mach3), probably more use to beginners but others may find it useful also:
