Relays and power supplies

Hi all, can someone help me identify the relays I have in my control cabinet

All I can figure out is SGR for the spindle, but i have half a dozen 3 letter labeled relays for what i dont know!

VOR CIR DBR CPR and SGR

CIR - Carousel In Relay
DBR - Draw Bar Relay
CPR - Carousel Power Relay
CCR - Carousel Counterclockwise Relay
GR - Guard Relay
GIR - Guard Interlock Relay
ESR - Emergency Stop Relay
SGR - Spindle Go Relay

Second question then, as I said power supplies, i'm trying to understand what these supplies are.

or rather what it is they drive.

i got some way with it. the 110v seems to power another 24v transformer.
28 volts to the smart step
240v to ?? some of the replays so far.

if I touch one side of the Multimeter to the 240v it makes the steppers clunk, that cant be right surely? Id like to know what might be causing that? ive heard it before when the spindle is running and always had intermittient problems with extra steps which to me means this may be the problem.

But besides that the one on the left shows no output at all on the multimeter, perhaps its 180v for the spindle?

The unit on the left is the spindle drive choke.

The spindle drive is 240 volts ac.
Cabinet fan & 24 volt dc power supply is 110 volts ac.
The control & stepper drives should be 28 volts ac although later models will be 24 dc to the logic.
The toolchanger is also 240 volts ac.
