Mirac PC (LCB3 ) Upgrade

Post by boots » Wed 19 Nov , 2008 18:26 pm

We have Mirac PC with controller s/n E03953, dispatch 7/1991 and want to upgrade from DOS to Windows VR Turning software.
The control card does not look close to any of the images you provided. It’s kind of an L-shaped board marked LCB3.
Any thoughts?

Info on the IC that is circled:

Here's what's on the EPROM:

EPROM NO 929
PC03095 LCB3
SKT V5 R1.1

The V in V5 might be a U.

Unfortunately the LCB3 controls were supplied by a comapany called GSM in Huddersfield West Yorkshire, they are now out of business so upgrades from Denford's cannot be offered.

People with these machines seem to go the Mach 3 route
