VR Milling software Password to unlock toolbars

Hi,
I've just commandeered a MRC with VR Milling software.
I was following a few steps relating to the setup of the software however when I attempted to change the toolbar change the toolbar layout I was met with a password request.
I contacted the previous owner who had no recollection of changing or adding a password and cant find where to resest it.
Any Ideas!
