Microrouter Compact x,y,z numbers go up instead of down

Customer writes in......

When we attempt to home the machine, the x,y & z numbers go up instead of down………..and the machine does not move…………we’ve vacuumed, used an air hose, etc. but still the machine doesn’t move…………….any suggestions?

Usually when the axis counters increment and the axes do not move, its usually the fuse on the Baldor drive board that has blown or the power to the DRIVES (Terminals 4 and 5 on the TB11 plug) is not there for some reason, i.e. fuse blown, 24v PSU faulty or a transformer fault etc. :D :D :D
