MicroRouter Pro - How to remove case

Post by nharris » Fri 08 Jan , 2010 4:21 am

Hello. We are updating our sawdust collection system in the lab and would like to modify the Microrouter Pro's case to increase efficiency. Is there a schematic or assembly diagram we can use to correctly remove the case?

Hi,

The MicroRouter Pro Cabinet is a one piece unit.

If you are adding a large extraction unit then I would increase the size of the inlet at the top left of the cabinet to allow air into the cabinet (but make sure it is guarded to prevent someone putting thier hand in through the opening) and then add the extraction hole in the inspection plate at the back of the machine.

Is there a preventative maintenance manual or engineering/technical manual available that shows an exploded diagram of this unit?

Have you checked the VR Milling CD for the machine manuals?
