MicroTurn Problem

Having trouble running a simple facing program on 2 Microturns. The program works on other Microturns, just these 2 get “Exceeds Limits” error.
XP – Operating Software
We have tried two different versions of the Denford Software.
VR CNC Turning v1.2
Lathe Cam Designer v1.11
Removed the software and tried the following version.
VR CNC Turning v1.9
Lathe Cam Designer 1.11
We have tried two different Denford Lathes.
Type of Machine - MicroTurn
Serial Number - U00462_5
Electronic Serial Number – U0401050118
Date of Dispatch – March 2004
Type of Machine - MicroTurn
Serial Number – U00504/2
Electronic Serial Number – U0407290010
Date of Dispatch – October 2004
The offsets are:
X -3.0785
Y -3.0676
The billet size is two inches, with about 1 3/4" outside the chuck.
I set my offsets by bringing the tool up to touch the OD of the material then clicked on the symbol to the left for the X (to open X offset window), selected "Include Dia.", and typed in 0.750 for the Dia. For the Z, I brought the tool to the end of the bar, clicked on the symbol and selected "0" clearance in the Z offset window.
The Error Details are:
From X0.000, Z0.000
To X0.4250, Z-0.020
Limits are set to:
X:0.0000 to X:-1.9685
Z:0.0000 t0 Z:-4.9606
Attached is the program file.
We can run the program in 2D simulation without any error.
Any ideas on what is causing the Exceeds Limit Error?
