In Auto mode, the spindle is turning at a very low rpm, the Spindle Speed Over Ride is turned all the way to the right. In Jog mode, the slider in the Control Panel and the Spindle Speed Over Ride work fine.

Make sure you have the correct machine selected.

In the upper left corner of the computer screen.
What machine is named after "Virtual Reality CNC Milling - ???"

Customer had ROUTER.

Click on the Setup tab,
Select "Setup Machine Parameters"
Type in password denny
Click "OK"
Right click on "MICROMILL 2000"
Left click on "Set As Active"
Click "OK" to close the window.

Machine is up and running.
