I have a new Denford Microturn CNC machine and we are using the NovaTurn software V1.49. We have used the machine once and it worked with the program we wrote for it. Came in the next day, loaded the same program and our machine will not connect to the software. Came in the following day, loaded our program and the machine connected to our software and we were able to use it. Since this time, we can not get the CNC machine to connect to the software.
We are using a USB cable to connect computer to CNC machine. The display panel on the board inside the CNC machine reads PE5 upside down F and lower half of an 8.
Any help would be appreciated.

are you sure it isn't saying E S t o P ? as in the emergency stop button is pressed in and you need to reset that?
