Scantek 2000 scanturn and scanmill Information

Can someone tell me tom information about the machines i picked up at a auction? What software in need to download? Firmware? Will they run on Mach 3? All i have are the machines, a Scanturn manual and a quick start Scanmill manual.

It will have run from VR Milling version 2.
You can get it running fairly easily from a basic BOB and Mach if you don't want programmable spindle control
