Easiturn3 and Sprutcam

All,
the attached file is a post-processor for SprutCam to generate g-code for an Easiturn3 that runs under Mach. In this latest version (2.1) I've fixed a couple of issues that caused incorrect circle generation (with G3 etc) under some conditions. The problem does not show up often but when it does, the results are peculiar, to say the least.
A couple of people asked me for this postproc offline, so if you got the v2.0 file from me replace it with this one.
If there is interest in this let me know and I will post updates as/when/if I make them. Hopefully this wont be often as this seems reasonably stable now.
