Easiturn tool offsets

Hi
I have an easiturn PNC3 which is connected to a PC via a data link cable however when I save a program no tool offsets are saved. The manual says that if programs are saved to microtape then this information is saved. Is there any way of keeping the tool offsets either in the machine or on the PC.I cannot use the tape as it doesn't work ( I have yet to see one that does ).
